Main structure (two types of structure)

1. Hopper type mainly consists of rack, rotating cutter head, transmission part, hopper, etc. It is suitable for processing of fruits and vegetables such as garlic slices, ginger slices, buttercup slices, potato chips, sweet potato chips, etc.

2. The pusher type mainly consists of a rack, a rotating cutter, a transmission part, a vegetable part, etc., which are suitable for large-sized vegetable slices or shreds (such as potatoes, lotus root, radish, cucumber, etc.).

3. The contact parts of the machine and vegetables are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel to ensure long-term work is non-rust, non-toxic and harmless, and meet the requirements of food processing machinery hygiene standards.

working principle

1. Put the vegetables into the hopper during work, and the cutter that rotates at high speed will be cut into pieces.

2. Put the vegetables into the feeding box during work, push the pusher to feed the vegetables, and cut the vegetables into pieces or filaments with a high-speed rotating cutter.
